800G OSFP

Pro-optics provides hyperscale data centers with a series of 800G OSFP pluggable optical transceiver modules based on 100G PAM4 technologies. These modules can cover the interconnection links within 50m/100m over multimode fiber (MMF) or 500m to 10km over single-mode fiber (SMF).

  • Hot-pluggable OSFP form factor transceiver modules

  • Compliant with OSFP MSA, CMIS and IEEE 802.3 specifications

  • 4x 100G PAM4 or 8x 100G PAM4 electrical interface

  • 8x 25G NRZ or 8x 50G/100G PAM4 or 4x 50G/100G/200G PAM4 optical interface

  • Data rate up to 425Gbps or 850Gbps

  • 850nm VCSEL or 1310nm/CWDM/LWDM/nWDM EML transmitters and PIN or APD receivers

  • Reach up to 50m/100m over MMF or 500m/2km/10km/30km/40km over SMF

  • Duplex LC/CS or single/dual-MPO receptacle

  • Low power consumption

  • Built-in digital diagnostic functions

  • Case operating temperature range: 0°C to 70°C

  • 3.3V power supply voltage

  • RoHS compliant (lead free)
