Pro-optics introduces its 200G QSFP56 SR4 immersion liquid-cooling optical module product designed for green data centers, offering lower PUE and energy consumption. The Pro-optics high-speed optical module product for immersion applications is built on a mature and stable COB platform, incorporating industry-leading liquid cooling sealing technology. Featuring RF and heat dissipation optimization design, reliability verification design, EMI-treated structural design, highly integrated multi-channel optical system design, and rapid COB multi-channel automatic coupling design as core technologies.

In terms of module packaging, it utilizes fully automated packaging coupling processes and low-temperature cured adhesive sealing technology. Distinguished from traditional air-cooled optical modules, the light emission is achieved through a cable-line method that moves the connector outside the liquid. By establishing a comprehensive liquid-cooled optical module design and production platform, it ensures high performance and reliability of the modules. In the future, Pro-optics will collaborate with the upstream and downstream industry chains to promote the standardization and industrialization of liquid-cooled optical modules, providing high-performance and high-bandwidth solutions for intra-equipment connectivity within high-density data centers with a distance of up to 100m, creating additional value for data centers.
